Confirm export access
Ask the current provider for drivers, vehicles, customers, accounts, tariffs, zones, future bookings and historical records in documented formats. Establish ownership, export fees and unavailable fields before agreeing dates.
Reconcile and test
Compare record counts, sample pricing rules and future bookings. Test allocation, cancellation, payment, reporting and dispatcher overrides with a pilot group.
Document the rollback point
Agree a low-volume cutover window, named decision owners, overlap period and a measurable rollback trigger. Keep the old service available until financial and booking reconciliations pass.
